Lower could have blemishes in machining and or in the finish. These lowers were pulled from mfr batches and now were selling them as blems.

Machinining tolerances are off on some but we have remachined them to functional spec.

They are 100% functional just ugly as sin.

No returns on these lowers except for manufacturing defect.
